Shipping Policy (Print-On-Demand)
Made-to-Order (Important)
All of our items are made to order (printed especially for you). This helps reduce waste and allows us to offer more designs and sizes.
Processing / Production Time
Before your order ships, it goes into production.

Printful: most items are fulfilled in 2–5 business days on average. Printful Help Center+1

Printify: most orders ship within 2–7 business days after the order is submitted. Printify
During peak seasons or promotions, production may take a bit longer.
Shipping Time (After It Ships)
Shipping time begins after production is complete and your order has been handed to the carrier. Delivery speed depends on the shipping method and destination. Tracking will be emailed once your order ships.
Estimated Delivery = Production + Shipping
Your estimated delivery date is the sum of:
production time + carrier shipping time. Printful
Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and items ordered.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, we can reship it, but the customer is responsible for the reshipment cost.
Lost Packages / Marked “Delivered”
If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

Check around your delivery location and with household members/neighbors

Contact the carrier with your tracking number

If it still can’t be located, contact us and we’ll help you take next steps.
Damaged / Misprinted / Defective Items (Reprints & Replacements)
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll make it right.

Report the issue within 14 days of delivery and include clear photos of the problem.
Unfortunately, Sevenfold is not responsible for:

Delays in USPS or UPS shipping

International duties or custom charges

Lost or marked delivered items.
